OneBond Silicone Construction is a one-component, non-corrosive oxime MEKO-free silicone sealant for indoor and outdoor use. It exhibits an outstanding adhesion on main building materials such as glass, ceramics, steel, aluminum, brick, concrete, wood and most plastics.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

• • Gun grade: very easy to apply and tool
• • Application temperature: 5ºC - 40ºC 
• • High solids content (85% – 95%): low volume loss
• •Tack free time: 05 – 10 min 
• •Curing through volume (24 hours): 2,5 mm @25ºC/50%RH 
• •Outstanding durability
• •Resistant to ozone, UV, humidity and high temperatures
• •Can withstand peak temperatures of up to +150°C
• •It cannot be painted 
• •Shelf life of 12 months when stored in original containers at 5ºC - 25ºC

ONEBOND SILICONE MULTI-PURPOSE

OneBond Silicone Multi-Purpose is a one-component acetoxy sealant, suitable for sealing window frames (interior), kitchen backsplashes and countertops, etc. Bonds well to glass, ceramics, and metals resistant to corrosion. Not suitable for porous substrates used in construction such as concrete and marble.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

• • Gun grade: very easy to apply and tool
• • Application temperature: 5ºC - 40ºC 
• • Contains solvents: loss of volume 40%
• •Tack free time: 10 – 15 min 
• •Curing through volume (24 hours): 2 mm @25ºC/50%RH 
• •High resistance to mould and bacteria 
• •Resistant to common cleaning products
• •It is an acetoxy sealant: it may release vinegar odour while curing
• •It cannot be painted 
• •Shelf life of 12 months when stored in original containers at 5ºC - 25ºC

OneBond SILICONE SANITARY 

OneBond Silicone Sanitary is a one-component, solvent-free acetoxy sealant for sealing bath and kitchen sinks, shower trays, bathtubs and ceramic tiling.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

• • Gun grade: very easy to apply and tool
• • Application temperature: 5ºC - 40ºC 
• • 100% silicone polymer (solvent-free)
• • Can be applied in vertical and overhead joints
• •Tack free time: 10 – 20 min 
• •Curing through volume (24 hours): 3 mm @25ºC/50%RH 
• •Resistant to mould and bacteria
• •Resistant to common cleaning products
• •It is an acetoxy sealant: it may release vinegar odour while curing
• •It cannot be painted
